Our mission

Austin Metro Trails and Greenways (AMTG) is committed to the development of a comprehensive regional system of greenways and trails for the greater Austin metropolitan area.

AMTG supports community-based greenway and trail initiatives that provide commuting and recreational travel, protect natural resources, improve water quality through flood and erosion control, promote community cohesion and improve the quality of life in and around Austin.
